Worst customer service. I don't wan to waste anymore time on this Insurance company. Everything about this has been complete waste of money, time and patience.
There is no facility to make customer service calls from outside India. When the complaint is sent from'my account' they don't copy the original message but refer to as'your message dated xx June 2017' but if you sent multiple emails you don't know what they are replying to. In every emails they have an opening and closing email template where the message just gets lost. Terrible.
