(Note: swear words ahead!)
I will explain the procedure to claim your bike insurance.
First; You have to register claim and get your vehicle inspected with in a week, else they will give you HELL lot of procedure to follow. BTW this is not written anywhere in the insurance document. Now how will I get my vehicle to the service center if I just had a fuc*ing accident.
And the call center guys will treat you like a newly wed wife and throw up all the sweet talks.
And then comes the surveyor, here comes the mother in law. believe my my bike was in the service center(during which I took costly Bangalore buses to work, which costs money), I have to call him every day for reminding to check my bike. Its been more than a week for just the surveyor to inspect my vehicle.
He gives all the bullsh* that I was late of inspecting my vehicle. And asks hell lot of documents.
Now once you mail them the documents via post(which again costs money) after a MONTH the respective guy will call you and ask for the Account number, which I fuc*ing send them by post NOT BY EMAIL, man in which generation are you guys living.
I am saying it is easier to get a admit in US college. I got admit for a college BUT I'm yet to get my insurance claim.
