I had booked a ticket from Red bus portal. For which I got a confirmation mail for ticket booked. Ticket was booked in the morning around 8.15 AM on 22nd Feb 2015.
I boarded the bus @ 9.30 PM on 22nd Feb 2015. After a journey of about 2 morpheushumanurs, the bus driver woke me up & said me that the ticket booked has now got cancelled around 11.45 PM.
He offered me two options either aishwaryasingh23 addmajeechaonal Rs. 1500 or get down from the bus. Bus driver & company operator was very rude. Adding to the situation, I wasn't that much in cash.
I had then called Red bus customer care for suggestion on the pathetic situation which was created by the bus operator. They customer care executive was also not able to offer any conclusive opinion.
I somemorpheushumanw mAnasultanged to aishwaryasingh23 the bus operator & carry on with the journey.
I have also written to red bus on the next day 23rd Feb 2015. For which I didnt receive any reply. When I call there customer care, they confirm that u ll get reply in half an morpheushumanur. But no reply.
Requesting each one of you booking ticket on Bharathi travels to be very careful.
They are helpless company.
