A few days back, I had an urgent official visit scheduled to bangalore from kerala and needed to reach bangalore before 9 AM.I looked around for various options and saw that Bharathi Travels schedule was the best acording to the data shown in the site. It stated the best arrival time of 7.00 AM while most others had an arrival time of 7.30 AM and above.The charge was very expensive at Rs 2500 while most others were in the range of 1400-1800. But this was a meredez Benz bus and probably due to that; expensive.
When I reached the boarding point, the bus was a volvo and we were informed that the benz was undergoing repairs. No refund was given.The bus started 30 minutes late from the scheduled departure time and by 7.00 AM, we were in Hosur only, a good 1-1.5 hrs away from kalasipalayam, the departure point.Due to this I could only arrive late for the meeting and lost my face before my bosses.
Avoid this third rate travels.
