So this was the very first Sydney Sheldon book that I read. Infact I had no idea that an author called Sydney Sheldon exists. Yes that's funny because later I found out that he's a very renowned author. So I started off with this book. The reason why I am writing this review now is because I read the book a few months ago.Its very well written in the beginning but trust me there was this point where I couldn't read ahead because the story just went rambling on and on and on and I felt like killing the person who wrote all that.but sadly I couldn't do so because he's already dead. No offense .
May his soul rest in peace.I love him now. Anyways the point is that this book gets interesting in the latter part. As we all know its a mystery novel. Inspite of the -not so precise part of the book- the story is gripping and Sydney has all his readers speculating who the real killer is. I know what spoilers can do to the readers so I won't reveal any detail which could spoil the book for you. Had he not added the unwanted story in between and kept it to the point I would have said that the book is worth reading. So overall I would say that its an average book.
