Begum jaan is another Mahesh and Mukesh Bhatt film, looks completely different from their previous films. Vidya played a role of brothel madam. The plot of the story is around partition of India 1947 where Vidya is boss and other woman works under her as prostitutes. The begal is the base of the story. Vidya balan acting is the only positive thing if u r a Vidya balan fan, otherwise a boring film. No freshness in the story.
