Probably, most bad reviews are before 2010, probably when there were some layoffs. But, I have worked there after 2011 and I can say its a very decent nice place better than many many Indian companies. They follow certain good culture, work environment is nice, job security is good.
They pay well, and they are not too much demanding like some other companies. You can work well & get rewarded, and most people go home by 5 pm or extra hours by 6:30. so, its quite decent and nice place now.
