The WORST SERVICE. Least bothered about my complaint for not getting proper net speed. When called them to know their service availability in the place where I thought to shift, their customer care executive's suggestion to me is, to shift first and then to place a request for shifting. In Spite of their continuous reminders for renewal, Just 10 days before only I have paid my 6 months subscription in advance. What if if they do not have service in that area where I am planning shift.
Though I tried to submit my online shifting request through their portal, it is getting diverted to home page without acknowledging/ confirming my shifting request.
The peak of their worst service is, there customer care phone won't respond particularly in the days when they get so many complaints after bad whether such as heavy rains, wind etc.
I am using beam since years. When it was Beam it was a bit good.Now as ACT their service is getting worst day by day. Friends be careful with them and lets hope that the realize and rectify.
