I am using Beam from 2 years . I have migrated using Beam from Airtel Broadband .I have changed because of Speed Beam Promised. Even though you get little more speed than Airtel . Down time is heavy in Beam Fiber.
Every month couple of days , you net will disconnected.I have used Airtel 4 years ( And I have only downtime only once( that too for 4 hours)
But, if you lose Internet in beam, you wont get the net for 24 hours for sure.Apart from that, if you get small rains also your net will get disconnected for 24 hours.Because of this, you will lose the internet when it is needed in emergency also .
So, I suggest you people not to take Beam connection.
