So annoyed and angry with the customer support from Beam so called ACT fibrenet now. Their customer care number seems to be busy all day long and night. Doesn't even ring. When luckily we get to reach them they take complain and asks us to wait for 24hrs and when called after 24hrs they say they don't have any complain registered and and again they will have to do it.
Calling more than 100 times may be you get connected once. I am beam user from 2005 when they were just local cable provider and not this huge corporation. Facong trouble every other night. Need to get a new connection as soon as possible because I don't think they are gonna change this attitude. I am writing this review if anyone planning to take new connection please consider these head aches and waste of time.
