WORST SERVICE OF BEAM FIBER TELECOM
Worst service. NO proper response. Don't care of the urgency of the customer
We have raised a seriously complaint on March 26th 2016, (and many complaints there after) but did not get proper response.
We have to call to customer care, they keep on hold and keep on transferring the call(so called escalation team, which is of no use) and itseems around Rs.150-200/- I spent speaking with customer care and explaning them the urgency but NO USE, they don't care at all as why you are calling so many times and explaing the same Issue to different people whoever answering the call.
Whoever answers the call or call gets transferred, you have to repeat the whole Issue/problem you are facing/ from how many days, etc and the reponse would be: our techinical team will get back to you in 24 hours.
We have to spend money to raise a ticket and they will close the ticket whenever they want to, without taking the confirmation of the customer, even after insisting not to close the ticket without confirmation.( I told them in Hindi, Telugu, and English). BUT the result is same. They close the ticket. Next time when I call, they will open NEW ticket and ask me to wait for 24 hours.
-Today(9th April 2016), same issue and I called in the morning to check the status of the tickets which I have opened previously, they said it's CLOSED, we have to raise a new ticket and they cannot open closed ones.
