Requested for shifting of my connection .its been more that 10 days and still no one turned up to give me a connection but they collected the shifting charges within no time.
Fed up calling the customer care. Each time I call it take a minimum of 20 mins to connect.
And every time they ask for 24 hours of time to resolve any issue. Even after waiting for one week again they ask me allow 24 hours to get the issue resolved.
I used to like Beam a lot in the past but with this incidence I lost all the trust in this provider.
