I have requested for shifting my connection from one street to another street within the same area. I have logged the request a week ago and my request is still open.


I have informed many times to customer care as well as informed to nodal team. All are irresponsible candidates and no doubt they all are thick skinned.


I don't support to ACT beam fiber, I have decided to disconnect ACT network completely, I will shift to another network, someone let me know which is best network right now except ACT(beam fiber).
