The 1st Barista at Chennai at Kader Navaz Khan Road needs help. In case any one of you visit that place, please donate some money that they can repair their air conditioner. It is more than 1 year since the air conditioner stopped performing. It is always over 30 degrees & having hot coffee for the full price in that temperature is crazy. For over a year i have been requesting them not to switch of the Ac but they keep telling that both the units are running but they need to be repaired. I wonder how many more years they need to repair these. Recently i gave Rs 100 to the manager to give it to the director as my contribution towards this repair. He refused to accept this & assured that this repair will take place. I assumed that shame will lead him to get this Ac repaired, but alas it remains the same. May be the Rs 100 was not enough & more is needed.
Their Chairman has sold his Sister company Aircel cellular last week for 1.5 billion Us $. This is about 70 Billion Rs. Well thats a lot of money. He can divert a Lakh of Rs from this to repair this Ac but he cares two hoots for Barista. Hence i have now shifted from Barista to Mocha which has opened a few yards away.
Let Barista get hit by the competition.
