I visited the Besant Nagar, Chennai Barista outlet for a cup of coffee yesterday afternoon. The A/C was not working. It was horrible sitting there in the sultry weather we could not go to another place as we were waiting for a guest at Barista.

The only thing that they had was Cold coffee and i failed to understand how Barista has fallen to such miserable times. The staff could barely understand english. He rudely told us that there was nothing else available. I made the blunder of ordering an Amaretto Chocolate Cold Coffee which tasted like milk powder

I paid 250 bucks for 2 glasses of Cold Coffee which was the lousiest i ever had. I really wish the Barista management spruce up their image.

It was a wasted afternoon for me and my wife. i dont like going to a place to dine and then feel helpless and regretful about my experience.
