Have you ever heard that bank is following up with you for the late payment while payment had been already made well in time. Yes Barclays card !!
they are torching me by calling & smsing to pay the late fees for w. customer services are pathetic. Pls help to clear off this account. In my life Ist time I've seen such type of bad services.
I have made a payment of one day before the due date in the month of feb09. then in next statement I shocked to see that there are approx 1400 mentioning to pay as late payment fee then I immediately called up cust care then he told me to pay that amount as soon as possible reason being bank has recd the cheque after 4 days of your submission.
So bank has no fault in that. I am not able to understand that I had made full payment then why I am at fault. they are daily SMSing n calling me up & harassing & torturing like anything. need your help to get the matter resolved.
