I have called customer support many a times to inform that I don’t have an option to transfer my funds or pay my credit card bill online.
Even after speaking to the manager the issue was not resolved what so ever.
This was escalated 4-5 months back and still the issue is not been resolved. Really, the service is so pathetic and the advisers don’t know to speak properly nor assist. They also disconnect the call if asked to transfer the call to so called manager or TL. Worst customer service ever.
Worst customer service. I had requested for a credit card in the month of September but till date I don’t have the confirmation whether my requested has been declined or approved. Call center guys don’t have the knowledge to explain the customer. Please don’t go with barclays credit card. Its always irritate you. I dont reccomended to any one.
