In this digital India, this bank still lying with past norms and policies.
Once, I visited bank to withdraw money but I forget to take bank passbook with me . Being account holder of same branch, bank refuse me to withdraw money. Even I was having my identity proof card, they did not allow me to withdraw money.
Because I rarely use this account, I don't have ATM, Only once in a 3 month or 4 month, I have to make transaction.
At this stage, I was dependent on that day transaction. Those bank people ask me, to get back with passbook, only then you will be able to withdraw money.
Worst corporation was shown by bank manager too [ Jabalpur branch] .
