I had visited this bank to open my new account as this bank is government bank and my parents forced me to create account in this bank only. I had just ask for form there they had said to come tomorrow. The watchmen told that forms are over. They are very harsh and rude in their talk. They just accept the forms and not give any details and all.
My account started after a month. Very slow and late service. Every month the department changes. This is the main problem of this bank. If you remember a person as the department head then you can't talk to him as he would be in other department. The bank was just dirty.
There was litter around mostly of papers. They just clean the bank once in a week. I had applied for debit card and net banking and it has been two months almost it haven't come. They don't give any detail information on Fixed Deposits and SIP. The services of this bank is poor. I suggest you not to choose this bank.
