Hi friends, today I want to share my review on a Bank named Bank of Maharashtra.I don't like this bank due to the following things:
1) staff service is not good in this bank.If you asked something to the clerk and accountant they doesnot respond to the customer.
2) poor online service provider.This Bank of maharashtra give poor service to the online user.They unable to give one time password to the customer.
3) updating machine always give problem.In this bank updating passbook machine unable to update the passbook.For this problem many customer face various problem.
4) poor ATM service: Bank of Maharashtra give poor service of ATM.All the time this bank atm show technical problem.ATM is use for immergency matter but this bank unable to provide better service.
5) Very slow processing bank: In this bank a customer able to open account very slowly.The service of this bank is very slow.For open a account you have to visit various time.
I doesnot recommend Bank of Maharashtra to anyone becoz this bank take very long time to approve a saving bank account or any other account.I suffer a lot in this bank service.
