Recently visited chinchwad branch to inquire about Pantpradhan awas yojana as every bank should provide the info about it. Got pathetic service. First I asked security person where to inquire about the scheme so he told me to meet Mr Jagdale. I went to him and asked about the scheme so he send me to window no 2. The person sitting there again told me to meet Mr. Jagdale. The security person said he only asked to meet you. So that person called mr Jagdale and told him to give me information. When again I went to that person, he very rudely said that I dnt have time to discuss about it so come in the afternoon. Even I am working women. As a dedicated person he should provide me detail information instead of that he sent me to more dedicated branch manager Mr. Bramhankar. The person was so busy on his personal calls that he wasnt care about customers who are waiting outside to meet him. After long 10-15 minutes person meet me. When I asked him about Pantpradhan awas yojana he was not aware about it.Being a branch manager he should have knowledge about the government scheme. He denied to provide me information. Moreover the person ask me for KYC to provide details. I mean who needs KYC to give government scheme information. The branch manager, its employees are pathetic and running away from their duties by putting it on one another. Feel bad for poor people who do not have proper knowledge about where to go and from where to get information due to which our society leaves behind in growth. I wonder if we have ombudsman for banking. If there is any I am surely gonna escalate this to them
