Hi friends I have been obsessed with the so called BOM or bank of Maharashtra . As per me there is two branches of this bank one near MIDC bus stop and one near vartak nagar signal. Both of this branch comes under district thane west. Ha were I stay . But both of them are just and just less effecient. My debit card so call rupay debit card block were block two times. Even I have given my adhar proof to the bank but still whenever I open my internet banking app So called ' Mahabank app' a message is send to me with a customer service number and written on it that ' if it is not you please call at that number. Thus I have titled it as have more status ( name ) but less service. Thus For now talking about its service hmmmm.1) Mahabank app : Any body could find it on playstore easily ( especially for Android user terms and condition applied) . But these app have really a critical problem . Ok seriously when I was new for them app was running suffeciently with no problem and easily . But after 1 year of its service as over the charge of debit card was cancelled or deducted from my bank balance next day only huffff lots of problem 1) In the mahabank app there are two rectangular box are provided one in which there is user id number of my account link with debit card and in other box I have to enter a pin number as a password when I enter and press submit button ( bang) our server of this site is slow please try later I know that whole day happen this until I have a visit into bank of vartak nagar branch after which my error was solved.2) every time one I enter in this app a message comes in my mobile with a customer care number and as I said before if you are not that person then please call on there number.I have also spoken about these issue to but nobody solved it and it this message still comes today too due to which ones my debit card was blocked.2) Debit card service : I have a debit card of this bank with a good design and beautiful scripted number on it . O yes written on it that I am a platinum member of them so platinum debit card. But ones I come to know that before this platinum debit card I use to have ordinary debit card charges was Rs150 and then blocked . But now I am Platinum member of theres and it I have got plainum debit card of charge Rs 170 per year. And when I have transiction since the card is same rupay card money which comes out of it from by swiping debit card is same . Even though do not have ther own BOM atm machines in common places of thane west only leaving there place or area ( I mean where the bank is situated) or near to BOM bank only. But to service charge is more for there Atm cards and I dont know what they do of these money . Because seriously I have noticed that as compare to SBI atm machine Bank of Maharashtra atm machine service is limited to only bank of Maharashtra bank even not outside the bank but inside of it So after three transaction of money with atm card of mine I always have a walk from lokmanya nagar to vartak nagar for removal of money when it is in need. Please BOM bank increase your atm machine service as soon as possible.3) Customer care : Wow what customer care service heck to it . Always as I said before after removal of money or even when I log in the Mahabank app a message come to me with a number of cutomer care 18002334526/18001022636. I have called with this number several time for my atm card issue an automated machine of them who say to press several option in order to talk with customer care member but at final stage of it I have never connected on call with any of there member. Even automated machine do there job well but all customer care member lazy people. And I bet try to call it since for me I have experience only 3 calls which they have answered to mine problem out of 10 call . And for rest at background there is beautiful music running behind which is good for leastning and a sound with message come like please hold your pressure your call will transfer shortly. Else nothing happen . So a bad customer care service.4) other services : Dear friends of mine respected auntys and sir plese forgive me .Because I dont know about its ( BOM) loan service, or any other service like educational loan, Emi charges . Since I am a student of college with a poor debit card in my hand for transection no check book and nothing else yes but I have pass book so seriously I dont know about rest of its service. So Sorry but in future if have taken any education loan or any other service then mouthshut is better place where I will come back and share my experience about it. Thank you.
