I am customer off bank of Maharashtra from last more that 7 years ago .
I having my saving account in ICHALKARANJI BRANCH dist Kolhapur .
In Ichlkaranji branch there is lot of crowd in the branch .
Literally if you wish deposit cash in branch at morning time then you have to wait ONE HOURS .
Mostly people IN QUE BEFORE BANK OPEN FOR BANK WORK .
Phone banking is avialble but having many issue in the that .
No more ATM available in city or village places as compared to other nationalized bank.
Internet banking is good option and working properly still yet no problem.
But in internet banking you must have MAHASECURE APP, suppose I am out of satiation and I didn't bring laptop with me then HOW CAN I TRANSFER MONEY BY APP.
Customer service is on average .
by using or being customer to bank of Maharashtra you may got some LIMITATION of service .
