Very impressed with bank of Maharashtra,Narayan Pe. Review on Bank of Maharashtra

I came to India after almost three years, so thought to go the banks n close few of my saving accounts in various other banks before leaving abroad, was so frustrated due to slow and lame services few of the banks offer.finally went to bank of Maharashtra  Narayan Peth  Pune branch, after meeting people working in banks like lame n sad faces, no manners to greet customers(I mean come on it doesn't cost u much to smile n greet people, every body have problems in their personal life, people working in companies/banks should do the first n basic formality, to make customers feel welcomed)I was delighted to meet a sensible guy working at bank of Maharashtra, he greeted me he ask about my need, he made me comfortable n helped me in my paper work too.i was so impressed, that I decided to write this review.I don't know his post but managed to asked his name to include in this review.His name is Mr.Santosh Singh.Bank of Maharashtra should encourage people working in their banks like Santosh?

I had one day for updating my passbook, applying for the new ATM card n also opening a new saving account for my nephew, this guy not only explained everything but helped me in almost everything.my husband who was prepared that I won't be coming till late evening was surprised to see me home in an hour.?
