Bank of Maharashtra the well known bank in Maharashtra state is expected to give the best service to their account holder. Not sure about other branches but the Naigaon( E) branch is the worst of all. From the time I've opened an account with Bank of Maharashtra in the Naigaon ( E) branch till date the service given to me is very bad. Their systems are always down, their ATM cards are not supported in all ATM's even though its a rupay debit card. The staff managing the Naigaon Branch are not at all quick in their work.
Phone banking and Internet banking is also not upto the mark as there has to be some issue or the other. There is no option for online shopping as well whereas in today's world people are more into online shopping.
