Bank of maharashtra is an nationalized bank of our country india. It have many branches spreaded over country. But not spreaded as bank of maharashtra atm service. We have to use another banks atm service for transaction.
The branches are everwhere but not atm.
Phone banking also difficult to use for beginner. Guidance are poor so it is difficult to learn phone banking.
Netbanking interface is also difficult and on its website also difficult to check how to learn netbanking features. As compare to other banks atm , phone banking and netbanking features needs to improve of bank of maharashtra.
I have also account of bank of maharashtra. But I doesent use more because of difficulty to understand net banking. And bank of maharshtra always need 500rs for account opening. It doesnt run account in zero balance. If we withdraw all money then account takes fine some of interest for zero balance. It autumatically cuts the cash when we deposit.
Staff and service team also never answers properly. We need to go always bank for any netbanking and phone banking issues.
So I recommend you to try another bank for well netbanking and phone banking service.
