Not good experience, I advise caution to first time visitors. Doctor Sonya no longer works here so google reviews here are invalid.
Here are some tips:
1) Ask for detailed investigation report on the first visit, each visit cost you Rs/- 900, first visit cost you Rs/-1200. Clinic has tendency to increase your number of visits(double or triple) if you are casual. More than money it’s a big waste of time if you are driving from a distance like me and have a hectic work schedule. So Insist on your problem report first day.
2) Ask for average treatment cost: If you have a slight pain in neck from using a wrong pillow, you would be advised 12 -24 initial visits and then monthly visit for 6 months and then quarterly visit for rest of your life. I guess you get it! If you leave it to doctor after first visit, you would be lifetime patient. So insist on how many future visits and what if there is no outcome of treatment?
3) Try cheaper alternate first: Don’t jump to a chiro as soon as you have neck problem or back ache from sitting in wrong posture.
You tube is full of useful chiropractic advice and posture correction tips. It’s not a rocket science. I never went back to this place as my neck pain was gone after buying ergonomic pillow and some recommended sitting posture corrections from experts on web. Again visiting an Ortho or physiotherapy is a better advice to save time and get you back in action quickly. This place is time consuming and doesn’t care to get you back in action quickly.
Finally, I didn’t have a good experience with Rupa the admin whose family runs this. She starts her standard marketing pitch as soon as you say you are not happy or clear with the way things are going. If you insist on your dissatisfaction and resolution of problem at hand, she loses temper and the blame game starts.
Here is a small article on ethics of Chiro’s, Chiropractic authors have stated that fraud, abuse and quackery are more prevalent in chiropractic than in other health care professions: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chiropractic_controversy_and_criticism
Cheers for good health and happiness,
