Hi all, I bought pulsar 150 on 15th june for a on road price of Rs.65500 in NOIDA. Since then i have completed 850 kms. It has a great look black beauty, After the first service it is giving me around 50 KMPL in city conditions. Before buying this bike i was very apprehensive about bajaj bikes compared to a Hero honda but i moved on & finally decided to buy it.
The decision surely was worth for my money with a throttle response of a beast this bike is surely outperformer in its category, The speed increases so fast that i frequently have to apply brakes to avoid collisions. Handling and control is also very nice with amazing disc brake. It comes equipped with all the basic features which we lack in all other bikes in same category, what i found particularly interesting was its side stand indicator.
The road grip is also very nice, i have crossed 100 KMPH on highways but still the bike grip was amazing.
With so many pros this bike has its cons also the bike rides very smoothly until 60 KMPH but as soon as you cross 60 its begin to make lots of noise. At higher speeds the back suspensions swing sideways. Starting problem as usual on cold weather days. Before the first servicing my chain drive was making some unusual noise which has gone now. Sometimes it is very difficult to locate neutral gear.

Update today on 09.07.09, Friends i am facing a unique problem sometimes after driving for long time when i take some pause ( like refilling petrol at a petrol pump) then the electrical systems of the bike dont work. I have to kick start my bike then only the neutral gear indicator glows & electrical systems seems to work. I haven’t consulted the service centre yet, can anybody suggest what’s happening or are any of you facing the same type of problem ?
