I bought this bike (second hand) in 2010 and used till 2013. Through that period I had many fun tours on my XCD 125. When I bought it, it had gone somewhat more than 48, 000km.

I traveled about 18, 000 km on this bike.

First I'll tell the good things I found about this bike.

  1. Acceleration was excellent.

  2. Kilo meters per 01 liter was between 55-65 at the speed levels from 40-50kmph.

  3. Less weight (very easy to control).

  4. Good Quality paint and Graphics.

  5. Riding control is good. Able to lean bike easily.

  6. Able to ride about 300km daily for 7 consecutive days without much trouble.

And now the faults I experienced with this bike.

  1. Silencer started to give a big noise as the parts inside it was broken.(I fixed it by a welder)

  2. Poor shock absorbers.(Main stand hitting ground when riding with a pillion and bike rides through small bumps on road-this is irritating).

  3. Poor head light.(When comparing with TVS Flame 125 my current bike).

  4. Some time self start motor get bind. Then I have to get down and remove the power from battery to protect the Start motor and battery.(It was a huge trouble. reason to this fault was a circuit unit)

  5. Seat was not comfortable.

I have rode under Heavy rains with this bike & on very hot conditions too. But it never failed me on road. That`s why I still love this bike. I rode 07 days tour from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. around Sri-Lanka about 2500 km. Only big problem I had to face was, one plug was burn after riding over 60 kmph speed for 1.5hours. So, Finally what I have to say is this bike is good for daily normal riding. Not for racing:-)

Happy and safe riding to all.

Thanks for reading.

(Hope my review helped you to make a picture about this bike.)
