I have seen all the mixed comments given by all abt this vehicle.
I have this vehicle for the past 5yrs.I have never experieced any problems till now.
I will tell u all one thing clearly....this is a redefined moped.So,dont expect much from it.
You can touch nearly 60kmph.But,I suggest you stay at 50kmph beacuse the engine is a kid and please dont ruin it.
The mileage is acceptable.It gives me 40-45kmpl.
Try driving this vehicle on a smooth road anywhere near your locality and a constant speed of anywhere between 40-50kmph and you will feel the smoothness and pleasure of this small vehicle.
This is not suitable for long distance driving although I have tried it sometimes.
It is very stable and since it is very small and light,you can handle it conveniently.
I have never skid or had any accidents with this vehicle.
The brakes are good but it needs constant tightening like any other drum brakes.
When compared to other scooters in its class, This doesnt have initial pickup.
Definitely a TVS 50 will race past you,,but you can reach him.
Once the engine shifts its transmition after 20kmph,,,the vehicle will start zooming till 50kmph.
The headlight is quite powerful provided it is aligned properly.
The horn is good,the electric start is appreciable.I have never had any problems till with the ES.
One thing is the buttons get clogged during rainy seasons,so you need to get em serviced at such times.
The engine is smooth,,so dont try to rev the throttle and unnecessarily pressure the engine.
Personally,I will tell you if you do not know to maintain it properly,please dont buy it becuase it cannot resist rough handling and rash usage like TVS 50.(In tht case,I suggest u take TVS XL super,,,they are made to allow any usage conditions)
As far as I have seen any spirit in my city, most of them are in very poor condition.
I guess,,The owners are expecting too much from it or they dont know to handle it.
There is one problem which I have faced,The silencer develops sound over a period of time,,which needs to be serviced once or twice in an year.It is due to the small holes developed in it due to the rust developed or someother reasons.
Overall,,,this is a vehicle is provides all the very best possible within its specifications and is good only within the hands of soft and careful users.
