As a part of its strategy of launching six new products in the first six months of 2015, Bajaj has unveiled two new motorcycles under its ‘Pulsar’ sub-brand – Pulsar AS 150 and Pulsar AS 200. With these two new motorcycles, Bajaj has introduced an all new ‘Adventure Sports’ range of motorcycles for the Pulsar family.
Both the Pulsar AS 150 as well as Pulsar AS 200 come adorned with a semi-fairing at the front, amid of which sits a projector headlamp assembly. Apart from the semi-fairing, the entire design of both the motorcycles is the same as that of the current flagship streetfighter from Bajaj, the Pulsar NS 200. This means that the fuel tank, body panels, split handlebar, backlit switchgear, split pillion grab rails, split seats and instrument console have been shared with the Pulsar NS 200. However, instead of giving the aluminium number plate holder of the NS 200 at the rear, both the motorcycles get a more functional and proper full mudguard.
