Poor Voltage Cut Off switch & customer service. Review on Bajaj New Shakti 15 L Storage Water Geyser

I bought this product from Amazon.com on 11 November, 2016.Heating time: Very less. Maximum 10 to 15 minutes.Insulation: Good. Heated water remains heated for a long time. Even up to 24 hours in the wintersElectricity consumption: less as it's of 2 KW.Capacity:  Good. 15 letters of waterInstallation: Company give free installation. You need to call customer care to book an appointment for installation. You need to pay installation guy for 2 sets of connection Pipes and a 15A plug. But it took me more than 1 week to get it installed. When I booked an appointment, they told that engineer would come to my place in 2-3 days and he would call before coming. But nobody from Bajaj came in the next 3-4 days. I again called customer care, they told me that, the engineer was trying to call me but my mobile was not reachable. Then they rescheduled my installation. The only, and the measure draw back is, that the Voltage cut off switch is inside the body. When Voltage is so high or low that it can damage the geyser, this switch automatically gets down, and switch off the geyser, to protect the geyser from damage due to heavy voltage fluctuation. Now, the problem is, that to again switch on the geyser, you need to press up that switch again. For pressing up the switch, geyser body needs to be opened. Opening the body yourself is a hectic job. And if you call customer care, it will take 3-4 days minimum and some times one week. This switch should have been installed, out side the body of geyser.
