Usability: very easy to use.
Power consumption: negligible.
Power regulator is available.
child saftey top lid for covering the toaster after use.
Automatically pops out when its done.
Cons:
only two bread gets toasted at a time.
A little discomfort while cleaning.
Personal Experience:
Got as a gift from my dad office to him.
Using from past one year.
still no problem and the result is same by today as it was before.
Service and support is not yet required but is available, .
