Baja Flora 3 Liters Instant water heater is a joke. I bought this online while reading a promotion advertisement email.
#1. User friendly: It doesn't work to its basic features and it is very pathetic appliance you would feel after buying it.
You will not get the desired level water heating from this.
#2. Durability: It is made of cheap plastic. Bajaj is an India brand but all material used is made in China and is of very cheap quality. You will get frustrated first you would think that the piece is faulty then you have to call the service center. The technician won't be able to diagnose the problem. In my house 3 technician came and then only after constantly complaining for 3 months I got is replaced and even the replaced product was useless. This product is not at all durable. It is very cheap plastic. The copper tube through which passes inside the plastic housing get very hot and the plastic body start deform, technician will accuse you for using is every time on high temperature this of course you will not like but it is also true. I had this geyser for kitchen where you need hot water instantly to clean plates, etc.
#3. Style & Design: It looks ordinary and is designed with the very cheap material that includes plastic housing, wire and even the copper tubes and the heating element also.
#4. Service & Support: Service support is very pathetic. You'll curse you for buying it. These guys will close your complaint without providing you a solution. Technician when come is always confuse and will argue you upon your usage and will not accept that you are telling the truth. He want to run or will make you talk to someone on phone. When you somehow is able to explain them that it is not your fault then the technician will not pull out the geyser and then you have to call or arrange your personal plumber to bring down the geyser from the fitting and when you say can't he do that then he'll say this's not his job he understand geyser and won't pull out water connections.
I won't recommend this geyser to anyone because it is very cheap built and no matter how much replacement you get it is not worth.
