Though I have given ECS form and cancellation cheque they say they won't be able to debit the EMI amount and they are asking to accept this as fact. The customer service person sounds very aggressive and doesn't at all listens to my point. This happened twice with them.
They get the ECS form and also tell us to pay it online. Why would I give my cancellation cheque and other forms filled to them if i'm going to pay online? they dont have answer for this question.
Simply please be ready to face consequnces with Bajaj finserv if you opt for them.
