Had availed loan way back in 2012-13 and the entire payup was done on ECS attached to my bank. Despite this in 2013, they had reported to CIBIL that I owe them dues. While I fought with them, they issued me NoC. After 4 years, the company has still not withdrawn the default note being sent to CIBIL. While I still have their NoC, now when I went to apply for Housing Loan enhancement, this due reflected hampering the entire process and to my badluck my 25 lacs, I had invested on my second house purchase now has got held up. How insane the company can be in this process.
