No coordination. No professionalism. No service class
I applied for a loan from bajaj finserv and I was not getting the loan as per my requirement so I told them I dont need this loan. After few days I got a welcome letter from bajaj finserv that the loan has been approved but strange thing is they didn't disbursed the money. I informed them that the money has not been credited to my account so why they deducted my money as emi. How much difficult is this to understand and give the solution to the customer. Simply cancel he loan and refund the money thats it as customer never used the money and mistake is from their end but for bajaj it is really difficult because they have no coordination. Area sales manager Mr Anirudh Bakshi never picks up he call and call center guys dont know anything.
If you want to deal with this bank then be careful as in case of any issue they will show you what office office is.
They were suppose to provide me the disbursed amount in june and now it is august but no money and ended up paying for the emi against the loan which I have never used.
Still fighting but no solution.
