I have been associated with bajajfinserv since a long time but my recent experience in guwahati when I wanted to use my Bajaj platinum EMI card for the first time made me start to think about it.
I have made many purchases before but this time when I wanted to purchase a certain product I had to face a lot of inconvenience. Earlier when I got this EMI card I was told that all I need to do is present this card at the time of purchase without requiring any documentation but when I did the same I was asked to bring all the stuff that I used to need when I would make a purchase on finance. Thereby time wasted as I had to go the shop the next day as well plus the executives available were not at all able to process a simple transaction wherein it took one more day. So I ended up spending 3 days to purchase through Bajaj. Very disappointing. To add to this when my first EMI was deducted from my A/c an excess of rs.257 was charged which when enquired with the customer care turned out to be an insurance by Bajaj which was added even without my permission and I asked them to cancel it, they said it will be done and the amount stated above will be credited to my A/c but in vain. Neither was the insurance cancelled nor was the amount returned.
Inefficient executives.
Very slow paperwork.
After sales service very poor.
