I feel this review is:
I have a home loan with the institution which was transferred rather easily from the govt institution. I was promised here rate which I got ( compared to old organization) however there promise for easy service and restructure was not kept. While taking the loan we were told that any time interest rates go down we would be able switch early however we were not advise about the hidden charges included. Amount to switch interest rate is approx 15-20k for a rate change of 0.5% which is definitely not worth it. Very bad when Congress to providing customer service and worst in keeping their promises
