I submitted my KYC documents to Bajaj Finserv representative after completion of their application formalities more than a month back for co-brand card and Bajaj Finserv representative told me that I will get your Bajaj RBL bank co brand card within 21 days but still I don't received any update on this.
This is really disappointing service and I have contacted to supercardservice@rblbank.com but they said that this will be taken care by Bajaj Finserv team so writing you this post to you before taking forward with consumer board(Govt of India) and mouthshut
Is this the way you are treating your customer?
Now 31 days past and Bajaj finserv is promising that you will get combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days then why you need 31 days to act on application number BFLC0005032525.Your representative taken all my necessary documents Aadhar card, PAN card copies month back and you send acknowledgement mail that is in trail mail and promised that you will get your combined platinum super card from Bajafinserv and RBL bank within 21 days. So what is the value of Bajaj finserv commitment to customer?
On Tuesday, 27th June 2017 at 5:24 PM your bajafinserv customer care officer Priyanka told that Super card is gone for embossing purpose but no further status after this and asked me to call RBL Customer care for further status. When I called to RBL they said they don't have the status and only Bajafinserv would be in position to help you. Even if you see the previous mail in below trail mail they had clearly written that wecare team will help you if you write but wecare team is showing very careless behavior that they even not thinking to reply customer at least on the mail.
