Hi Friends, I have taken loan from bajaj finserv for buying a laptop, here I share my personal experience with this finance service .
1) first of all I want to tell you the process of taking loan is very poor, they do not approved your loan even you work in Central Government Organization @ of Good salary more than 60k per month. So applied for loan 2 to 3 times but with all of my documents but they do not approve it, when I consult an agent then they approved my loan.
2) They say we provide loan with 0% of interest, but it's not true, first they charge about 750+ 450 Rs in the name of documentation and card issuing charges. and after that they provide some schemes 6, 8 month's and 12 month's scheme and they charge some interest. and you have to aishwaryasingh23 1/3rd or 1/4th amount in down aishwaryasingh23ment.
3) In the name of loan they sell their policy, they send me a group term life insurance policy, even I clear to them do not activate any policy or any other services in the time of documentation. and they adding this amount in installment some thing 89 rs extra per month. and deduce through my bank account.
4) they are no any particular customer representative they have auto IVR service so no complain can be heard by them, I call pune office but they do not reply properly, and second time when I call then they said this is bajaj insurance department please call bajaj finserv and they gave me IVR no. so frustrating.
5) Even in bajaj finserv application they take complain as per pre-filling service and they do not care about what you complaining and do not resolve it.
So as per my experience I don't recommend anyone to take loan from them. they just fooling us.
