Fraud by bajaj finserv company by false paper. Review on Bajaj Finserv

I dr. lekhraj patidar, (Ms orthopedic 9752450505) have applied for bajaj finservs flexi reloc personal loan. for which your bajaj sales representative has given me rate of interest of 12% annually and total fees(all fees) 1% and no need of any insurance. I have signed loan agreement with same terms and conditions(attached below) . despite all these your company has disbursed loan of 23lacs to me at 14% AND charged me fees of Rs77635.

I have complaint to bajaj sales representatives for same but no changes made in my terms and condition. they just assures me every time, that terms and conditons will be revised soon from back date and all extra charges and interest paid by you, will be returned to you by axis bank gift voucher.For my assurance they have mailed me all above.

I have talked to bajaj customer care executive for same, she also just assure.

I have call recording of all communications.when I complaint to We care they mailed me my loan agreement which contains my Fake signature.

Now I am going for legal help.
