I will be short as I am going to give you 2 reviews on this.
Two years back, my friend financed IFB microwave by this company, well since then the problems started. For first few months, everything was fine. Then the problem started, they started calling him to pay the EMI with penalty, when we asked why, this was their reply, "I do not know, I am doing what I am asked to do." He told them I have got the receipt of the EMI payment, can I tell you the number, but was in vain. When he cleared his EMI, still he got calls for the remaining EMI. At last we visited their office and showed them the documents. They verified it and gave us the clearing letter. We asked that why were we receiving calls to pay the EMI, with blank face they replied, there was some confusion.
Now my experience, when the online websites started offers to buy via bajaj EMI finserv, I applied for a laptop last year. I visited their office and gave them all the required documents and cancelled cheques. It's been 7 months, nothing happened. For 3 months, I used to ask in customer care about my status, after long discussion they used to tell me that I should go to their office, I did 3 times and I used to get a reply, "there is too much workload is there, it will be done in 15 working days." Not good.
