I applied for personal loan, on my daily follow up with Area sales manager, she agreed that you fill the all requirement and loan will be disbursed within 2-3 days on that basis I committed some where else. now after 10-12 days today she is saying that you loan is not approved because you are not taking some credit card and insurance however those were not mandatory and sales team did not told about any thing.
Executives/representatives at bajajfinserv team are not as communicative as they should be.
there are lack of co-ordination between internal teams, they are not clear on their policies.
they are not able to deliver that service/loan/product what they supposed to be, however at initial stage they will promise you for every thing.
As a new customer got much disappointed from bajajfinserv [??]
Hope in future bajajfinserv management will improve skill of their employee/Executives/representatives.
