I took a 36K/6 EMI loan in 2008. I repaid it in time. But Bajaj Finserve(BF) keep sending email, SMS and also calling me since then. So far I blocked nearly 100 numbers but everytime BF rep call from a new number. IT IS VERY FRUSTRATING. I called and send mail to BF customer care. They promised vide return mail that I won't receive any further SMS or call, but in vain. THE TELEPHONIC TORTURE CONTINUES FOR ME.
Hence I suggest, if you take a loan from BF, NEVER give indispensable mobile no, instead take a prepaid no, give it and discontinue it once the loan is paid.
BF DOES NOT HAVE ANY CONSIDERSTION TO PRIVACY OF ITS CUSTOMER.
