I took Godrej refrigerator in bajaj electronics kondapur. Got delivered in very next day and found a Dent on front side of fridge, when I informed this Issue to Bajaj Electronics, one of their employee came and verified it and said they will replace it in 2 or 3 days.
When I call there response was not good. I went to there store directly and asked for update, they started saying some reasons and finally after a week they sent me replacement. when I opened it found it like a used one. I looks like they sent a display piece instead of seal piece, found Oil marks and Blue marks and lot of dust inside Fridge. When I again informed to them, they say that already they replaced it and cannot be replaced. when I said I want to cancel the order they started saying there is a process and they will give a cheque for the amount and it will take weeks time to clear.
I dont understand how many days I need to wait to get right product after paying all money. Very bad customer experience. When I checked with my friends came to know that Bajaj has many Branches at different place and the moment someone orders a proiduct, they will start shipping Display piece from other branch and claim to company(say Godrej in my case) that they don't have stock and gave customer display piece. Display piece will be given by company at reduced prices, but Bajaj is misusing it to make high profit over it. Finally end consumer who is buying the product is suffering and getting cheated.
