I have bought a Godrej AC from Bajaj Electronics Nallakunta Hyderabad on 6 th April 2016 but they have not still delivered the AC to my home. Daily they are saying that delivery will be done but it is not delivered. I want to raise a complaint against the showroom for robbing me of my money and not delivering the product.I want to specially name Mr. Sai Raj, the salesman who kept telling me that delivery will be done on 20th April and then said that he is on weekly off and then gave me other numbers of equally dishonest people who took me for a ride and I want to sue them and want my money back because I dont trust them to deliver my product. I dont trust them with any thing now and despite being a big showroom, the shop is full of retarded salesmen who take the money but do not know how to get products delivered to customers. this is absolute robbery and I want to warn everyone to ensure that they never believe such crook salesmen. I have paid Rs 24900 and want my money back.
In a time when shops go out of the way to retain customers, and after sales service is an area where dealers behave irresponsibly, a shop like bajaj Electronics can hire such incompetent salesmen who will not deliver products on time and keep lying to customers is a shocking reality I faced today. Delivery is a basic right of the customer and I have a valid invoice to prove this.But the company has violated the contract y not delivering the product.
I feel Bajaj Electronics is the worst dealer in Hyderabad to buy any product now and I SHALL NEVER BUY ANY PRODUCT FROM THEM AGAIN. I HAVE TO BEG them to deliver something which I paid for and which is not still in my custody.
