Hi ALL,
Recently I visited kondapur store to buy O General AC . the staff had explained the basic functionality of the O generaal AC and also intimated that I am going to receive 3 meters copper wire, As o general will never give copper wire I r have double confirmed with him if it for sure copper wire will be given . that sales person told yes they might not give but we will provide you . and in the bill they mentioned what all the extra kits and contents am going to receive on buying O general Ac.
In that they have not mentioned about copper wire so when I immediately asked the sales person why it is not mentioned he just told not a problem will send with delivery person . but they have not provided the copper wire in fact they just putting off the phone if we call and esquire .
