I bought a Purit Water Purifier Marvella Ex Ro+ UV from Bajaj electronics on 7th May
After the installation it stopped working the next days . I had to raise a complaint . And next day they came to fix it .
The installation had left something loose which caused the issue .
In less then a month the Sedimentary Filter went red . Water stopped coming . I raised a complaint again . They came after 2 days
It is supposed to be changed in 4 - 6 months .
Then I am told the circuit need to be changed again they came next day with the circuit and then tried then they said motor is not working .
And the Motor is not in stock It will take 3 days .
Now I have been sold a Faulty Machine and only thing Bajaj electronics and Purit want is to fix it .
But this this a defective piece . With in a month the Major components stopped working .
I trusted Bajaj electronic on who suggestion I bought it otherwise I would have bought Aquaguard .
Please have the piece replaced . I still would like to buy the Aquaguard if you can take this back .
I feel cheated . Please dont sell this product to anyone .
