Dear Sir
I have purchased one unit of SAMSUNG AC 12KC3 HATP from Bajaj Electronics, Habsiguda Branch, Hyderabad vide Bill No. HBG/15/22477 dated 14th March 2016.
Since then I am waiting for technician to install the unit at my residence, from 18th March to 24th March 2016 I am out of station and could not contact your service centre Mobile Number 7799289088.
on 26th March 2016 morning I called above number many times to inform them that they can send the technician for installation, but unfortunately they blocked my mobile number.
After 30-40 attempts Habsiguda branch answered my call by customer care and the person received my call said that within 24 hrs technician will visit my place but unfortunately no one turned up, hence I am sending this message to you.
Whether I should exchange AC with other Company
OR
Engage a outside technician for installing the unit
Kindly advise at the earliest
